Identification of distributor’s initial & additional investment requirements,
Follow-up and reporting of distributor profitability,
Having daily visit program to distributor(s) and with distributor at the trade to control the business,
Ensure realisation of targets through the sales channels and distributor(s) in his/her region(s),
Monthly performance evaluation of the sales channels and distributor(s) in his/her region(s); in case there is a major deviation from the targets, prepare, propose an action plan and implement it after approval,
Monitor the support provided to the distributor(s) to ensure the customer, i.e. subscriber, satisfaction levels in sales channels are up to the level of training requirements of the distributor’s staff on Vodafone’s sales and customer delight areas,
Distributors’ Operation Quality, office environment and infrastructure i.e. delivery vans, salaries etc.
Having field visits,
Provide recommendations for change that will allow advantages related to products and services launched in the market. |
