Monitor the support provided to the distributor(s) to ensure the customer, i.e. subscriber, satisfaction levels in sales channels are up to the level of training requirements of the distributor’s staff on Vodafone’s sales and customer delight areas,

Distributors’ Operation Quality, office environment and infrastructure i.e. delivery vans, salaries etc.

Having field visits,

Provide recommendations for change that will allow advantages related to products and services launched in the market.
